BIAWA's annual Brain Injury Art Show is on display at the Seattle Art Museum in the Community Gallery until July 22. (The Community Gallery is open to the public free of charge.) The 2019 exhibition is the largest in over eight years, showcasing art work from more than 65 survivors of Brain Injury.

For many survivors, artistic creation is a therapeutic outlet for cognitive recovery and mental health restoration, and the show offers a space for them to proudly show their work. BIAWA is extremely grateful to the 2019 Art Show Presenting Sponsor, Friedman Rubin, for helping to make this possible!

Here are a few of the art pieces from this year's exhibition.
